Skyparts.com recognizes the importance of maintaining your privacy. We value our relationship with you and we appreciate the trust you show in providing information to us. Explaining how we collect, use and protect customer information is, therefore, of utmost importance to us. By visiting Skyparts.com, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

Skyparts.com does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except as disclosed in this privacy policy. Your information will not be shared without your permission.

Information Collected:

This section of our privacy policy applies to all information collected by or submitted to Skyparts.com.

When you visit our site, we automatically receive and store any information you enter on our website. Use of Information:

Any credit card or similar payment information you submit is used in billing for the specific transaction in which the information was submitted unless otherwise disclosed. Payment information is stored for a time on our secure servers to allow the processing of refunds or to respond to customer inquiries.

We may collect and disclose any information, including personally identifiable information, we deem necessary, in our sole discretion, to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. We transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing, but we reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this site (Skyparts.com) . By using or accessing this site, you aknowledge that you have read these terms of use, and that you accept and will be bound by the agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or otherwise use Skyparts.com.

1. Shipping Policy and Rates

Skyparts.com makes all efforts to ensure that your package arrives to you in perfect condition. Skyparts.com will not be held liable for any damages that may occur during shipment Skyparts.com shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates are given as approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to chargebacks, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. Please inspect the contents of your order for defects or damages within 48 hours following postage carrier delivery confirmation. You must notify Skyparts.com within 48 hours of delivery regarding any defects or damages to the contents of your order. If you are present at the time of delivery, any damages should be noted with the postage carrier and reflected on your copy of the delivery receipt. You agree not to refuse shipments for any reason. Refused shipments will be subject to additional shipping charges before replacement items are sent.

NOTE: Our warehouses are closed Saturday and Sunday. Please allow 24 to 48 hrs for in-stock orders to be processed and shipped. Please note that all shipping ETAs are approximations from after the date of shipment. Default estimated shipping charges are UPS Ground.

2. Ground Shipping (Default)

Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 5 business days*

Rates: No more than 15% of total order, or a minimum of $10.99.

*Estimated delivery time starts AFTER the shipment leaves our warehouse. Please note that all parts are not kept in-stock. If one or more parts on your order need to be ordered from the manufacturer, please expect an additional delay in the delivery of your order. Should any of your parts need to be ordered, you will be promptly notified via email notification to the email address we have on file for your Skyparts.com account. Shipping date and tracking numbers can be viewed by logging into your s Skyparts.com account and going to My Orders. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

**Does not apply to large component item. If your order requires more than one shipment, the above estimate guidelines will apply to EACH separate shipment.

3. Express Shipping

Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days*

Rates: Up to 25% of total order, or a Minimum of $24.99.

*Estimated delivery time starts AFTER the shipment leaves our warehouse. Please note that all parts are not kept in-stock. If one or more parts on your order need to be ordered from the manufacturer, please expect an additional delay in the delivery of your order. Shipping info and tracking numbers can be viewed by logging into your Skyparts.com account and going to My Orders'. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

**Does not apply to large component items.

Return Policy:

We will accept authorized returns within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

Authorized returns must be in the complete and original packaging. If the item arrived at your location damaged, please include the original shipping container in your return.

All authorized returns must be in their original condition, include all components, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. Returns missing components will not be credited. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.

Parts Not Returnable: Service manuals, CD ROMs, Special-order Products, Custom-made Products, Electrical Parts and Auto Body Parts cannot be returned for any reason.

Return Procedure:

In order to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, complete this form. Provide your order number, name, email address, phone number, and the part number you wish to return, along with a detailed explanation. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name you used upon ordering.

RA numbers and return shipping instructions will be emailed in 2-3 business days after receipt of the fully completed form. No returns will be accepted without an RA number.

All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns resulting from improper packaging.

Freight Charge: Return freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.

Refunds:

Refunds for returns or cores normally process and credit within 30 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once we receive the core or part, we forward it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will then approve the return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive a "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please e-mail our returns department at shipping@checkanumber.com and we will respond to you immediately.

Risk of Loss:

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that that risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport.

Cancellation:

You must cancel order/s BEFORE you receive the Invoice - Payment accepted e-mail. Otherwise, cancellation is not permitted, since orders are immediately processed for shipment after payment has been confirmed. You cannot cancel order/s placed between Friday 5PM Pacific Time and Monday 9AM Pacific Time, Orders that fall during the said period are processed over the weekend for shipment.

Terms & Conditions for Return of Items:

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.
  • If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package. Have the shipper immediately return to sender.
  • If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender.
  • We are not responsible for installation errors or any labor, towing, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.
  • We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.

  • All prices are subjected to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors.
  • We reserve the right to correct prices or calculation errors.
  • We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient, or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact e-mail address has been given. We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use e-mail to cancel such an order.
